Energizing Green Smoothie



Green smoothies are a staple in any healthy diet. This one brings a fresh lightness and also digestive comfort. Now that Spring has sprung and well into the beginning of the growing season this is a great smoothie to boost your energy for all that spring cleaning and achieving those desired finished home projects. It's easy and delicious. Enjoy!




Energizing Green Smoothie


Serves 2


Ingredients:


1.5 c coconut milk

2 c fresh or frozen spinach leaves

2 kiwi, peeled

1/2 avocado

2 banana, frozen

1tsp grated fresh ginger


Directions:


Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency. Optional to top with extra fruit and/or seeds of choice. Enjoy!
