Breakfast Oatmeal in Under 10 Minutes

Welcome to my first How-To demonstration video! In this video I take you through how I make one of my go-to breakfast meals that is packed with nutrition, good for the gut, and quick. Below is the recipe written out:

Breakfast Oatmeal in Under 10 Minutes


3/4 c. gluten free oats

1 Tbl chia seeds

1 scoop of collagen powder (optional)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 c. boiling water

1 Tbl cashew butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Tbl local honey

1/4 c. local blueberries

1 Tbl pepitas


Step 1: Boil water in a kettle on the stovetop.

Step 2: Mix oats, chia seeds, collagen powder, and ground cinnamon together in your chosen breakfast bowl.

Step 3: Pour boiling water over mixed oats and let sit for a minute.

Step 4: Mix in cashew butter and vanilla until a smooth creamy texture results

Step 5: Top oatmeal with blueberries, honey, and pepitas
