Ariel works with clients on a minimum base 12 sessions to produce great results. She focuses her practice on addressing her clients nutrition, stress, and mental/emotional health.

 

She helps anyone, but specializes in helping those with chronic health conditions who are challenged by pain, isolation, depression, and anxiety.

Healthy Living Wellness Group Program

This 12 week program is for those who wish to transform their physical, emotional, and mental health grounded in a plant-based, whole foods lifestyle.

 

What you will get out of the program:

 

-Learn and become empowered in nutrition basics to your ultimate health.

 

-Mindset shifts to change your life: Learn how to overcome your mental blocks to increase your energy, health, love, confidence, and overall abundance

 

-Reduce and combat chronic physical pain, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and low energy.

-Change your life with more energy, fewer cravings, weight loss, and so much more!

 

Class topics and activities will flow with the needs of the group.

You will take on this journey while being supported by a nutritionist and a group of like-minded individuals. Classes start in January, but register early as class size is limited!

Summer Farm Program for Teens 

(Ages 13-17)

 

This 6-day program once a week for 6 weeks is designed to help those who wish to experience meaningful and closer relationships, overcome anxiety, and build confidence.

 

Each week participants are actively learning on the small therapeutic farm how to identify, plant, grow, harvest, and care for various plants on the farm. By building the skill to care for plants it returns in building a sense of purpose and increases self-confidence.

Each week participants will also learn how to effectively handle in healthy ways difficult emotions, their reactions and responses, and the consequences of their actions with emotions such as: anger, fear, guilt, shame, grief, and love. All sessions will be facilitated using horticulture therapy practices to channel these emotions in constructive ways that build confidence, emotional self-regulation, and build healthy relationships.

(Ages 18-26)
